PGA Village Verano | Kolter Homes

We recently visited the model homes by Kolter Homes and were extremely impressed. The attention to detail throughout the homes was outstanding, and the floorplan efficiency truly stood out to us. Every space felt thoughtfully designed and functional. Although our visit was brief, it didn’t take long to see ourselves building our future home in this beautiful community. Simply driving through the neighborhood gave us a great feel for the area, and we loved what we saw. Annette was a pleasure to work with — professional, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic. You can clearly see and hear the pride she has in working with the builder and representing the community. She made our visit informative and welcoming without ever feeling pressured.

Built in Verano last year and just completed our pool.. Our dream home is complete. Best place to live in port Saint Lucie.

We have owned 2 homes in PGA Verano. We love the community. Kolter built our 2nd home in record time. It’s on one of the best lakes in the neighborhood. We highly recommend Kolter as their floorplans are well thought out and communities have lots of amenities and are beautiful!

We visited several communities but still find this community my favorite. My wife and I just purchased the Caroline . Completion date Oct 24 . Can't wait to get To the design center. Will keep you posted on the building process. Update: Design team member, Rebeca was awesome. It was a bit overwhelming on the first day,but Rebecca eased our concerns and when everything was said and done we got the house of our dream. Will keep updating through this process. We completed our home and absolutely love it . The community is beautiful and filled with good people. We did our 2 month inspection . We had several issues that needed to be addressed . All I can say is the warranty department came in immediately addressed and repaired every issue. Thank you Kolter 👍🏻

We decided to build a new home and that’s how we ended up at Kolter Homes. We liked several floor plans and the area so we took the next step and set up a meeting with Jill Miller, a new home guide. She was the best!! Jill spent as much time with us as we needed answering questions and educating us on floor plans and available lots. After we decided on our plan and lot, she was still very involved making sure we were comfortable with the process and our choices. She truly cares about her clients and we were lucky to have her guidance and expertise. Our experience with Kolter Homes was overall very good but the start of the process was excellent!!
