Not sure how good Peyman Razifard is, buying and selling properties, but if you are looking to ask him how to invest in real estate, stay away from him. I was looking for a short term real estate investment in 2024. He introduced me to a friend of his in Boulder, who purchased a house for me in 2024. His friend was certainly sure that if I invest $80,000 remodeling the property, I will make $50,000 in 6 months. The after-repair value his friend computed for that property was $735,000 and I trusted his friend, because Peyman was a friend of a relative. That $735,000 was so unrealistic and incorrect, that I haven’t been able to sell the property even after listing it for $620,000 in 2025.
