Pevely Pointe Apartments

Literally since the day I moved in I’ve received nothing but transparency and kindness from the maintenance crew and the Manager, Michael. I came across some very minor issues in the beginning and they were resolved very quickly. Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone enjoy their jobs as much as the men here do lol I had like a whole list (that if I’m being honest was kinda nitpicky) and they just came in actually *HAPPY* to be helpful. I read another review that said “the place is what you make it”. Which is absolutely true. Life is all about the *bigger picture*. Yes, I hear my upstairs neighbors on occasion, I hear loud kids goofing off outside & the outside can get a little trashy. Be realistic. We have over 200 apartments and the crew can only do so much. We are so pleased with our apartment, i had to leave a review. The apartment was move in ready meaning i did have to scrub everything before moving my stuff in which was so helpful to a single mother with 3 girls. The area is quiet and pleasant. I have no issues walking to the dumpster or facilities any time of day. The pool is like a hidden gem! This place definitely has approval from these 4 ladies! 😁😁

This is a pretty good apartment with my mom and 2 little sisters super nice neighbors to and there's a nice cliff by the Festus highway it's kinda dirty but I don't mind but my down stairs neighbors are kinda rude but really nice apartment👌👍👌👍👌👍👌👍👌👍👌

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ZERO STARS IF I COULD! the management never knows what is going on. the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors above, people outside. kids are never watched and run crazy at all hours. dog poop is everywhere, never get cleaned up (including on sidewalks). the outside looks nice, but inside is full of mold and if anything breaks, you'll be waiting days or weeks before they come fix it. our place was flooded from the people above us and mold was IN our walls! they told us we were only there another week til our lease was up so they weren't going to let us go to another unit. we explained we had a child but they didn't want to take the time to accomodate us and instead BILL US with FALSE information about our lease and just try to get more

I moved here June of 2024. I’ve had no issues at all. All the people I’ve met are really nice. Most keep to themselves. The office management and staff have been nothing but 100% helpful and responsive to any of my needs. The neighbors are quiet. Some have children who have not caused any problems. It’s 11pm on a Friday night right now and it’s so quiet outside. There is a swimming pool which my grand daughter loves. And a small play ground. It’s an apartment complex so yes I’m sure there will days/nights when it’s not as quiet but that’s to be expected. There have been no police presence except the occasional drive through to check on the property. I read all the past reviews from here and can honestly say this place is not like what I have read from the past. The new management and prop
