Peter Bellone Home Inspection

Peter is truly a very thorough and excellent home inspector. We had a very thorough and detailed inspection that highlighted a considerable amount of issues I might otherwise have missed when purchasing the house. I would highly recommend him as he is definitely worth every penny.

His detailed report allowed me to make critical decisions with confidence. My brother, who is a seasoned contractor, attended the inspection and was also very impressed with Peter’s thoroughness and professionalism. He has since referred two friends to Peter. Going forward in my home buying process, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Peter provides a thorough home inspection. His attention to detail is top notch and he takes the time to explain what he sees and addresses questions when they come up. We never felt rushed during the process and he even followed up after we received our report to be sure we didn’t have additional questions. Highly recommend!!

Peter was great! Very thorough and quick on questions or concerns when scheduling the home inspection. The report was easy to read and had plenty of visuals to go with the recommended updates. I will warn some that there is a credit card fee when paying online, although the invoice already includes the fee. I processed payment online, then realized that if I had paid cash I could have saved some money. Peter was super fast in refunding the payment and accepting cash at time of inspection. I would highly recommend using him!

Had a GREAT experience with Peter! He was very friendly and professional & made the inspection process so easy for me! He explained everything that needed to happen thoroughly and did everything beyond timely. As he went through the house, he explained everything that was an issue or could be a problem in the future & what to do about it as well. He gave great advice and had my report to me by the end of inspection day, which was amazing. His report was very thorough and there were great pictures included to show the sellers afterwards. 10 out of 10 experience & I rarely take time to give reviews!
