My wife and I applied for an apartment with the man and when receiving the lease agreement we read it and minds blown. This company wants security deposit, a bunch of other fees and then wants a $450 make ready fee for when we move out but the condition of the apartment definitely hasn’t been made ready. He states that all maintenance is to be covered by me not only to the inside of the apartment but I would be required to maintain all of the hand railing and door locks and everything. Minds blown never in my life have u seen such rubbish. You are literally taking advantage of people and neglecting your property and expecting the tenants to pay for everything! Despite the negative reviews. I LOVE DONNA! She is your go-to girl. She really looked after everyone. At one time there was a leak in my bathroom, it was fixed the same day AND the wonderful repairman replaced my blinds, fixed my refrigerator door, and replaced my door handle. Maybe I was just lucky. But Donna always returned my calls within a matter of minutes. Smoke alarms were consistently tested. Always had lights replaced in the common areas. They were great. The only bad thing, my building was sold to a lawyer and now it is not being taken care of.

The scumbag that owns this place is morally bankrupt and is only interested in making every single cent he can off the little guy. He is a real estate lawyer that hides in the back office and refuses to deal with any actual issues. The place I lived in was completely infested with roaches, mice, spiders, etc. They just fogged (which even the tech told me would be worthless as there was a nest that Perry was too cheap to have removed) then refused to give exterminating company their address so four months later they are coming to my rental trying to collect. Left my locks COMPLETELY broken for two weeks despite me telling them I couldn't even enter the home I rent. Good thing I can fix things. The absolute worst property management company in Tulsa. Allowing utilities to get shut off every other month for all bills paid rental. Not keeping the buildings maintained. Avoiding repairs needed when reported. Literally pathetic management.

Roaches, rats, mold, faulty appliances that take days to weeks to get replaced, foreclosures...Where do I begin? Their properties are quaint and in some really good areas, but they are facades. I've lived in two Perry Properties. The first one was foreclosed upon. The only reason I stayed with them was a free month's rent and that was a HUGE mistake. Let me just make a list: 1. It takes forever to get anything fixed. I went a week and a half with no air conditioning in 100 + degree weather. 2. All of the properties have roaches. ALL of them. The send someone to fog and place traps, but that won't even leave a dent. 3. Speaking of the staff, they hire the shadiest people I have ever met. I won't let them in my home when my wife is there alone. They are all felons and junkies
