Perry Homes - Ventana 70'

First of all, Brandi is amazing! She is so extremely knowledgeable about Perry’s building process & the Ventana neighborhood. I bought a Perry Homes in Ventana 5 years ago. I was initially very cautious because apparently in the 1980’s Perry Homes didn’t have that great of a reputation. However, this is 2025 & I bought post Covid. For the 5 years I have owned my home, I have had zero problems. Additionally, I have sold several Perry Homes to buyer clients & they have told me they are also very happy. Highly recommend Brandi & Perry Homes! I personally truly love my home. 💜💜💜💜

This new Perry Homes model is beautiful. The build quality and energy efficiency are great. We are currently building a Perry Home and with their 6-7 month build time we will be in by the holidays. We can't wait to live in Ventana and enjoy their amenities and community events!
