I put a deposit ($20K) down on a completed house I saw 9/2/25 on Arden on 9/7/25 (no upgrades) . They wanted to rush the close to get their sale in their Sep #s. I agreed since I had no issue closing in Sep. A storm came on Fri night 9/5. It revealed some major water drainage issues in the yard before close on the north & south sides of the home and poured water/mud down from the north side community area as well. The water sat there next to the home foundation for days until Wed 9/10 & was only acknowledged by the project manager that day about an hour before my home inspector arrived at noon.
