I Am enjoying my Perry Home, I had a great experience during the entire process, from sales Christine Johnson, she made the process smooth and was very helpful and knowledgeable and getting the process complete. The building process was excellent, great communication. Eddie Rincon and his staff was excellent to work with. I moved in a year ago, The warranty department has been great addressing my warranty issues. I want to thank Allison for ensuring all of my warranty issues are resolved in a timely manner. Her follow-up and follow through is exceptional. I want to thank the entire team for being helpful In getting settled in my home.

I have almost completed two years here. I am very pleased with the excellent home build quality. Also a great warranty service from Eddie. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
