My family is truly grateful to Joe and the Perry Hall Investment team. We came to Joe with Perry Hall Investments when we needed to move my mother into a retirement community. It was a troubling time for us but Joe gave us a great cash offer and worked with our ever changing closing timeframe and needs. He made the process easy and fluid when we thought it would be everything but. During the home inspection more damage was found than was expected and he worked with us to not negotiate and stayed to the prior agreement, which I doubt most home buyers would have done. When it comes to houses, we ALL don't own showplaces. Sometimes, "updating" your home requires more demands on your time than there is room for in your already packed schedule.
