I closed with Perry County Title on May 9, 2023 as the seller. The closing company was to include the balance that was due to Tyler Survey in Conway in the final expenses. Babe failed to include this balance in the final calculations. I received an email from them stating that this would be included in the closing costs. Needless to say they did not. So now the survey company is looking to me for payment. If you choose this company to finalize the sell or purchase of your property, be sure to get everything in writing. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Choose another company.
