I have rented my office from Perrone properties for going on four years now. They are very professional their maintenance staff is very prompt. After a hurricane I noticed a small roof leak in my office and called them and they had maintenance out there and the problem repaired on the same day. They handle office and commercial properties as well as other properties in the central Brevard area with many located on Merritt Island. Even when due to unforeseen circumstances I became late on my office rent they worked with me. I would highly recommend Perrone Properties.
