Performance Lending

Took my home off the market for reasons I won't disclose. Got called on 12/8/23 I was in the middle of an important part of my job and I get a call from them, so I step out briefly to take it as I thought it would be important. Now before this I had never heard or seen anything from these guys, now as I'm talking to Mike he is wondering why we took our house off the market, I told him that I was currently busy at the moment and to talk to the other person on the whatever documents he had as they had more information as I am frequently out of town. Now after this I call the other person and give them a heads-up on what's coming, to then learn that he had already called them and they gave them a no. After that I don't hear from them.
