Perfect Management LLC

It took about 5 seconds to realize this management company is one of the worst in New York - featured on CBS news no less - currently they are working on a building on N 9th street in williamsburg and they have a crew sleeping there working around the clock violating a stop work order. They added a whole floor to the building! Stay away stay away stay away. We can only hope the days for landlords like these are numbered!

Countless maintenance issues and never returned our security deposit once we moved out. Criminal.

Corrupt company. Stay away! They take advantage of uninformed people. They rent illegal rooms. Do not take care of buildings. They rent to sketchy people. They even hide their real address as you see a different one in Google. They are on Manhattan ave! Not Eastern Parkway! I rented a basement room and one of the other tenants of the house was a harassing degenerate who even walked naked around the house, and pulled my stuff out of the dryer while it was still running, This was caught on camera. They did nothing. The rest of tenants complained and they did nothing. I moved ASAP. I tried to reassign the room and I was informed it was an illegal room. They should have given me the deposit back. They didn't. They even wanted me to pay extra for "breaking the lease." The room was a fire trap

Never rent from these people. The apartment ceiling was leaking so I called and let them know. They said “it’s impossible” bc no one lives above you. A week later the entire apartment is flooded and the fire department came. It was actually horrifying and it makes me regret living here. The apartment looks nice at first glance but when you live here you realize nothing works. Took them 2 months after living there to fix the second bathroom. The fridge was broken and they refused to fix it bc we have a mini fridge as well (there are four of us living here all trying to use a mini fridge). Many of the light switches took 4 months to get fixed. Their real estate agent asked me to move out so someone else can move in - which I would be more than happy to do so, however the person can’t aff

seeing all the reviews on here i wanna point out that i'm only reviewing my personal experience with the management specifically living at their property on meserole st in Williamsburg . i rented a room via agent Dov. dov was very responsive and upfront about everything, he made the process very easy and stress free. he "matched" me with 2 other roommates and made sure we all talk/meet before moving in together which was a great idea and showed that he really cared for this to work out so that was nice. except a few minor issues the experience so far was good, the super is very sweet and helpful and anything we needed from the management was taking care of in a timely manner. for now me and my roommates are super happy with the apt - ill update if needed.
