Peppertree Apartments

This complex is wonderful! The management is the perfect balance of always helpful and not intrusive. The apartments are clean and the grounds are well kept up. The rent is reasonable and pets are welcome (with deposit). The process of getting the apartment was painless and it felt like they were more interested in who I was and my situation than my credit score or rental history. John (owner) and John (manager) are both reliable, kind, and genuine people. I love living here and highly recommend it!

See things were fine when we went there at first. We were going to get an apartment there because we had a great understanding with the owners. Then things turns south really quick. We got told we were getting a place there and put the deposit down for the apartment. Then a few days later, we got a call saying we weren't getting the place. We went up there to go find out why, and turns out the place was worse then they thought. Although, we still talked to them about getting the place and everything was back to good stand point. They told us to just hold off on looking for any other places because they would get the place ready for us to move in a few weeks. We let time go by and I would check up on the status every week. Not as great as they make it out to be. Needs repairs to staircases but they didn't seem to care.
