Infested with pests, unprofessional staff. Building D became infested with fleas despite the fact that my cats had never left the building in the 10 months i had been there. Management refused to do anything about it for over a month despite me informing the office of it several times. The property manager, Keith, agreed to let me cut my lease if I took care of the pests and let them keep my deposit. After spending hundreds of dollars of my own money to solve the pest infestation, another staff member, Princesita Schmidt, still decided to evict me, and even claimed in court that no agreement had been made! The new Property Manager, Keith has been a godsend! He is approachable, kind, and sympathetic to tenants in need. Yes, the complex needs better upkeep and renovations. However, in the two years I’ve lived here it seems Keith has made the most effort to fix/update things that I’ve seen! I’m not sure who was in charge before but there’s also a notable difference in the office staff as well. As far as attitude and willingness to assist with concerns, everyone seems more invested in finding a solution to your issue(s)—even if it isn’t something that is fixable overnight. I had pests and thought I could remedy it on my own. They have an exterminator come out but I didn’t think his method worked. I still saw pests. When I finally reached my breaking point, I called the office and complained. T

Living here since the last 6 months, so far a wonderful experience, enough parking space, parking for guests provided, only issue is noise isolation is not upto the mark and this needs to be improved. Otherwise, no issues and amazing responsive staff.

My first ever apartment and im loving it so far. Big shout out to Keith and staff they walked me through the steps worked with me and was patient and made sure I got in my own place

Dear Pepper Tree Residency, I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at Pepper Tree. During my stay, I encountered an employee named Dayana (or Tyana) whose conduct I found to be unprofessional and whose demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition, I observed conditions at the apartment complex that appeared to be unsanitary and not well-maintained. Based on these factors, I have decided not to pursue living at Pepper Tree. I believe these issues should be addressed promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of current and future residents.
