Peppertree Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I live with my mother due to my health issues, and we were served evictions papers!!! We’ve never paid rent late, until recently and we had to wait almost another full day just to pay because it was late and we had to wait for all the fees to be added!! Then after the visit regarding eviction, the office is CLOSED! And is still closed 2 hours later! No call has been answered, nor emails email response. Insane. The moment we transferred to another apartment that same lady has came claiming we have dues. This is the second time! Should’ve read the reviews before living here, and to add to the horrible treatment, nothing in our apartment has been fixed! Our blinds still are half the size of our window facing the street, one of our stove tops do not work, and now our downs

These two vehicles are always parked right at the entrance. With how busy dove gets, turning in is already difficult enough. They always park so close to the entrance they can cause an accident, i nearly clipped them when i was turning in trying to get to the neighborhood in the back while trying to avoid a black truck that was at the stop sign. Absolutely ridiculous. Complaining here cause nothing seems to be done about it until theres an accident waiting to happen. Even that white vehicle would be parked so close to that no parking zone sign sometimes if the truck takes its spot.

I’m currently tenant here, I was without hot water for 2 months and they didn’t want to do anything to help me. They keep telling me there going to talk to the Vp and nothing I can’t wait for my lease to be over don’t rent here management not helpful at all.

Make sure you get your own proof of everything! Especially if you leave from living here , wrongful balance and charges , no valid number for collections agency so there is absolutely no one at all to help if you need to apply anywhere else because you can’t take care of making payments or disputing with the collections agency they “use”

Danubia apartments which was managed by Peppertree apartments was shown Peppertree apartments online which had a pool, showed up showed me completely different apartments (Danubia) I said I wanted to be with a pool especially for the price $$ was then told since both were managed by the same people that it was ok use the pool. Somewhere along the line was told we were unable to use Peppertree pool due to new management. They still proceeded to charge me $1200 monthly for false advertisement. I had to reach out to the BBB and now have to file a complaint.
