Beautiful property. Friendly staff though often difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. More importantly to note, this property is no longer a private community as of late 2019 to non residents. All but the fence has been removed including patrolling security and nothing in the like has returned since. Truly, theft and vehicle vandalism has become a thing since. Sadly, property maintenance still show little care or concern for vehicles when tending to lots. Be warned, minor vehicle damage is potential from debris thrown from mainly their side open mowers. Also, I've had unlawful entries committed by way of failure to provide 24hr notice prior to entry of my apartment per the leasing contract (security cameras were installed once I had suspicions and 2 occurrences captured th

I thoroughly appreciated the staff, and maintenance was always timely, "if" they were needed. Very professional staff and they completely make you feel welcomed. The best part I enjoyed about living here was the cleanliness of the duplexes, grounds maintenance, pest control, location, PRICE, and the amententies you get for the price is truly amazing. This is a well-managed property and the tenants/neighbors are "CONSIDERATE" and "RESPECTFUL". It's rare that you find that in community living type situations. I would live here forever however my living arrangement had changed thus requiring me to buy a house. I highly recommend this place for empty nesters, professionals, or older independent living folks who appreciate a well-kept community, secure, and full-size washer/dryer in the apartme

I did not mind paying the 2 mths for breaking the least earlier even though it was due to medical. But to clean the apartment I was in for over 20 years to be charge another months rent for cleaning when they kept the cleaning deposit as will.

This place is beautiful and quiet, but may have foundation issues.... Very peaceful and clean. Love it here.
