Pepper Tree Village Apartments

So bittersweet moving out of these apartments! Honestly great place to live. The apartments are large and use space so well. I am leaving mainly because (and as it says in the lease and website) there is no in unit washer dryer, which isn't even that bad, just a preference for me! In the year i've been here I think only once was there no washer available when I wanted to do laundry. Only down side is (depending on the unit you're in) the high school can be noisy, but it's only an issue during school hours anyways when you're likely away at work. I think the price is really great for what you get (I am in an 866 2b 1b), living room is really spacious, kitchen uses space well, etc. Nicole is always great communicating with residents and was a huge help answering all of our questions and requ

If you’re looking for a great place to live look no further than PepperTree Village. This community is ran by a great team with Nicole as the manager and Art as the Maintenance. They make sure the tenants and property are well taken care of at all times. And also managed by an amazing management group TMG.

I’m writing a review for Pepper Tree Village Apts supporting both my Apartment Manager and my Maintenance Tech. First I will begin with my Apartment Manager (Nicole) She is very efficient as a Apartment Manager. For example, is always on time with collecting rent and notifying us whenever anything of importance comes up. She is always courteous, kind and supportive in all the dealings with residents. I am so glad she is back, she is an asset to this apartment! Next I will review our Maintenance tech (Art) He really knows his business when it comes to problems with repairing equipment. He always knows how to resolve the problem. Art even helped me with the new laundry system using the app as I was having difficulties. Art also is a asset to this apartment and is the best maintenance we have

Our toilet was continually running. We put in a maintenance request and Art was there so quickly!!!! He always gets to our problem worth speed, and he is so good at fixing any privilege that we have. Nicole is also so quick to respond when we have any other issues. We love living at pepper tree apartments!
