These apartments are great! The place is well taken care of, and everything feels clean and comfortable. The manager is very nice, easy to talk to, and always willing to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good place to live.

Peoria Grand has been pretty solid for me. It's close to everything I need the gym and pool are nicer than my last apartment. Angelina is always on top of things and super helpful whenever I have a question or need something sorted out. Sure, there are minor issues here and there, but overall, it’s a good place to live. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something convenient and well-managed.

The office staff are always so sweet to me and the maintenance always helps me when I have any issues going on in my apartment. Moved from downtown Phoenix to Peoria and I’m glad I made the choice to live here!
