Peony Village Apartments

Peony was a great place to live for my wife & I, the staff is excellent and everything gets done in a timely manner. They also keep the property looking nice and do snow removal pretty quickly.

I lived here for 3 years and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The apartments themselves are so spacious and incredibly clean when we first moved in! Only 4 units per floor, so we never had an issue with neighbors. The grounds were always well maintained, and maintenance always responded quickly and appropriately to any requests. I seriously would have lived here longer if I hadn’t bought a house! They are so affordable and I think they are truly a hidden gem in Omaha!

We love living at Peony Village so far! Move-in day was a breeze with easy access to our building. We are usually able to find parking spots right outside our door (if not, it’s only 3-4 spots farther down which isn’t too bad). We had 2 small maintenance requests to make within our first week of living here, and they were both fixed perfectly within 24 hours. The location is perfect for anyone who likes central Omaha/Blackstone/Midtown, and the price is reasonable. There is a little bit of noise from our upstairs neighbor now and again, but noise is typical with any apartment complex. Malia made everything easy leading up to our move-in. She was really sweet and helpful, which we loved! So far, so good. I would certainly recommend Peony Village.

We have been residents at Peony Village for a year now. We have been extremely happy with the interactions between management and maintenance staff. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to any situation that arises. The few maintenance issues we have had, have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner, generally the same day. The manager, Malia, is outstanding! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. We absolutely love our apartment. It is very spacious with all the amenities we were looking for. The location is terrific, being centrally located. The apartment community is clean and very quiet. All the residents are very respectful of one another. We recently renewed our lease and plan to call Peony Village home for the foreseeable future.

The best place i lived in Past 10 years! I stayed there for 13 Months and From the Date moved In to Move out everything was easy. Maintenance request was always addressed on same day, Usually you don't need any maintenance The maintenance request i placed is to cover window with extra cover to keep the cold out and it was addressed on same day. Nightly Patrol everyday gives you peaceful stay. Lot of space for storage. Very good size of Bedroom, Guest room and Kitchen. Very clean and new appliance in Affordable rent. I only have Good things to talk about this apartment. I recently moved out of Omaha and this is the only thing i'm missing in Omaha. Just Move in and you will not have any trouble living here.
