If you are in need of an inspection, this is the place to call! I was in a bind with my insurance and needed to switch fast but needed to get a wind mitigation inspection before I could move forward. I called Pensacola Home Inspections in a panic to see how soon they could get me scheduled. Andi answered my call, and was incredibly helpful, sympathetic to my rush and got me scheduled the next day! David came and did my inspection and was very nice, respectful, fast and efficient. I needed a last minute 4pt and wind mitigation inspection and they were able to schedule me very quickly. Price was reasonable and the group was very professional and answered all of my questions. 100% will do business again. Highly Suggested!

The inspection was fine. The office refuses to invoice my roofing company and insists I pay twice. Do not recommend.
