My father lives here . And to tell you I went on Sunday to visit him . All I could smell was trash . They have all these air fresheners placed about , I peeked in the trash room piles of trash in the room . Awful ! I gagged . The elevator was filthy ! These are older seniors here . That’s not right . Where’s the management? You can’t get a hold of anyone ! There’s no security officer there . God forbid if there’s an emergency! No one is around period ! You hire the rent in which I understand . But you don’t work with people who don’t get the pension on the first . But you can’t keep a building clean ! This is a joke ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here .

Independent living for people 55 and older and disabled people. Not a lot of apartments but they are a nice size. They have no maintenance crew and no housekeeping. The trash chutes doesn’t work and trash pickup happens twice a week. The trash room is disgusting because they have no employees to empty the few trash receptacles they do have. There was a fire and they have no evacuation plan so it was mass confusion. It happened early in the morning and the few employees they had at the time were nowhere to be found. The fire was 2 months ago and the baseboards in 2 hallways are still ripped out.The residents closest to the fire are still waiting for repairs. Residents complain there’s a draft in the ripped up hallways. Construction workers started the fire when they forgot to turn off the s

This place is full of black mold. Diamond and Lauren are hostile and difficult to deal with, they refuse to do repairs in my apartment. Don't waste your time or money

I had a nice visit at my podiatrist to get my nails cut and filed.

Only visited website for a friend seems nice.
