Washer and dryer on-site, clean and affordable, they do there best to keep everything working, the staff is friendly but they don't mess around. It's peaceful and a good place to come home and get away from it all. Your only minutes away from everything, freeway,the mall,airport, grocery stores,downtown gahanna,all types of food,movie theaters,mechanics, thrift stores,etc...

I went in last week and applied for a three bedroom townhome and first and foremost the woman Mrs Cherry was sooo sweet I had a good time speaking with her very knowledgeable and friendly really sweet lady…She advised me of everything I needed to do to apply the neighborhood was quiet. The location is very decent. Unfortunately at the time they did not have an opening for me but gave me other options as well as advised me on what to do so if a vacancy does come up. I even advised I had read all the reviews but I can’t see how this property has bad reviews my experience was amazing…Thank you Mrs Cherry for your time and don’t just go off reviews check the place out for yourself

maintenance is actually really good & nice the neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. The only thing really is the walls u can like hear through but its not a big deal, the pool is kept clean aswell.

When I lived here in late 2004, the manager lived on property and kept everything clean. Maintenance always fixed issues in your living space and also took care of the pool. Lived in townhouse in back close to neighborhood. Big trees and no drama

I moved into penny lane two years ago. When I first moved in I had planned on being here for one six month lease. I’ve been here for two years now. My neighbors are nice. The management is amazing and. Maintenance is swift. It’s been such a positive experience that I have not wanted to leave. My kids have made friends here. It’s a nice community and quiet. Last summer my kids and I practically lived at the pool. Everyone there is so nice and looks out for each other’s children while they swim. I highly recommend Penny lane, especially if you have children.
