We just completed the sale of our home. It was a long process, taking about eight months to sell. During this time, Penny kept a close watch on the Tallahassee marketplace and advised us when she thought it was prudent for us to drop our price. Penny gave us exceptional advice as we prepared to list our property. She had the forethought to advise us to do a full inspection and handle the deficiencies in the house before engaging the listing. That proved very wise, as we were able to skip the inspection during the process of negotiating the selling. Penny also gave us a great list of contractors who did excellent and reasonably priced work in enacting repairs on our home. Penny also had the forethought to advise us to have the house appraised before listing it, which also approved helpful
