"I inspect the house as if my daughter were buying it". Galen, owner of Penny Brook, said this to me, and he was 100% true to his word! He took his time, inspecting the house very thoroughly, and explaining what he was doing and what he found, in terms that were easy to understand. He clearly takes his job seriously, with a high level of commitment and integrity. The very fair price he charged was worth every penny. Galen did a very thorough inspection for a home purchase in Patagonia. The home was in good condition, but the tree coverage, wall, and drainage items were going to take special attention and maintenance. I am accustomed to home inspections that are wrapped up in 2-3 hours, but Galen took extra time to do a very thorough inspection and to answer all of my questions. We are really comfortable with a large purchase after having this professional inspection.
Scheduling the home inspection was convenient and fast. The inspection report was timely, detailed, and it highlighted specific areas of concern. Highly recommend, and would use again.
