The new Owners are not helpful and very rude. The manager is nasty and no work orders get done. Nobody is ever in the office and even if you pay your rent on time, if they process it late you are still charge a late fee. I do not recommend this property under the new management. Selling this property has been the worst thing Delaware County Housing Authority could've done!!!!
I been waiting over 5years an now they got new owners an im still waiting trying to get verified to own this
