The very nice Spanish lady at the administration office is the best.Very helpful with whatever you need at the office.Very polite and great at taking care of your needs.

Stayed at one of the properties on Penn Estates on Fourth of July. We’re not informed of limit of number of vehicles and drive was only. When her and her husband showed up in their wheelchairs, Security would not let them through the gates, even though I had registered them Because four people were registered to this address. They were here for the afternoon to celebrate with family. And the security guards proceeded to tell Up to the house. We offered to drive the van let them out and drive it back. Penn State security still refused to even let the van on the property long enough to drop them off at the house. Where is the humanity and care for people that are handicapped and still want to lead a normal life. So sad to be treated so disrespect.

Rude workers. Office hours an are inconvenience. No late hours. There are too many unnecessary fines for residence. Fined me when we put the car on dirt in front of home because a large truck wasaking a delivery. Too many Air BNB, who leave trash out for days, and animals get to it and make a mess. Cans out on curb for days after trash day. Air bnb people coming through my yard.

Great place to take care of your paperwork. It's the office for homeowners to get permits pay bills, resales, and much much more.

Lots of info provided and I found what I was looking for. Love Penn Estates my new home as of June 2022
