I am extremely hurt by the whole process of working with Robbie Hoy to find a two-bedroom apartment that at least had a washer and dryer for me and my son. At first when I got a hold of Robbie she was super nice and extremely helpful to find places fit what I was looking for and that also were within my price range that we discussed. When I started to feel more comfortable with her and the places that she was showing me I decided to go ahead and fill out the application and pay for it as well as let them do a credit check because I trusted her as well as I did find a place from her that I was ready to rent. We've worked with Penn Equity doing landscaping services for over 13 years, they are a good business to work with and treat us very well!

I OWN my home in a community managed by Penn equity and they are thee worst!!!!! They “enforce” their by-laws when it’s convenient for them. Certain properties get preferential treatment and its gross!!!!! Cant even have a peace of mind when you get off of work! No wonder the BBB Rating is an “F”. Playing fair is actually hard for this company and it has been for years!!!!!!

I've lived in a Penn Equity property for over 2 years. I'm very happy with the management and the staff. Sasha Keene has always been terrific and responded whenever I've contacted her with any issue. I usually text or email. The maintenance guys are polite and professional and get the job done. I wish the building had better sound-proofing but that was the original builders fault and not easy to rectify at this point. Snow is cleared in a timely manner and the property is kept clean and neat. There's some wear-and-tear but that is to be expected with a building that is 50 years or more old. I'm happy with Penn Equity and their service.

Penn Equity is great! Maintenance is as quick as you can expect for minor problems, but definitely respond quickly to matters that require it. Sasha (our property manager) is super responsive. And their properties are fairly priced and energy efficient. Highly recommend!
