Cassie at Peninsula Title Agency was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend their services.
Land was owned by 5 owners and they allowed the buyer to give the entire $70,000 home sale to only one owner. After, over a month I still have zero, though the paperwork said the 1099s and proceeds would come from Peninsula Title. Got a check for $50.78 and they said that's what they meant by proceeds being split between 5 owners. Someone messed up and won't admit it. Wow.
Lol I didn't go to the title company but Crystal falls is as beautiful as ever. But if I purchased property in Crystal falls I would reccomend peninsula title.
