I am really ashamed and baffled by the customer service these unprofessional leasing agents have . I was advised by the property manager that due to previous tenants that in so many words they don’t take chances with individuals who meet the property accommodations but need a “back bone” in case something was to happen to the primary tenant. Because they would be at a lost ! That’s why we have rental insurance in place. But good thing all my calls are recorded for instance like this. HUD AND MORE WILL HERE ABOUT THE UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION with this apartment complex . Also I see multiple individuals in the reviews who have faced the same problem

They are very unprofessional! They almost didn’t want to help me. I drove 45 minutes to do an application after being told they had a 3 bedroom got there another lady said she rented it that morning but someone just said an hour ago it was available. Then they started side talking to come back and say yes it’s available. After that I really didn’t trust anybody. Then because I had a full time job and a PRN side job they said my side job must be consistent to qualify. What IN THE WORLD!?! On top of that, I had a voucher that covered my rent. This is why I knew in my stomach something wasn’t right here. So they get my app fee & tell me to look out for the email to fill out everything & it must be done within 72 hours or I’ll be automatically denied. I NEVER GOT THE EMAIL! It’s almost 4 week

I’m late with this review but I spoke with Jessica last week inquiring information about the community she was very polite and. professional I understand she was new but she was able to find out information for questions asked. I look forward to touring the property and meeting with her.

Very rude customer service. As a leasing agent myself, hanging up in peoples faces when trying to do rental verification is beyond unprofessional!!! I can just imagine how they treat residents! Do not recommend at all !!!!

Mrs DeAndra is the best. I lived here for 6 years an she is so sweet an down to earth. I felt safe and tucked away. Whatever needed to be done in my place was done ASAP. It was quiet an I wasn't bothered. If it was trash outside, by the morning trust it was as if it was never there I wish I never left but I'm trying to get back home cause that is how I felt. They get a 10 out of 10 from me.
