I have been living here for the past 1 year and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Nicos, Adri, and Meredith are especially amazing — they are very accommodating and consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and taken care of. Every time I walk into the office, I feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. They always take the time to listen, address concerns, and make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s clear that they truly care about the residents and the community they help create. The property is clean, well maintained. What really sets Peninsula apart is Nico, the property manager. Nico is absolutely amazing professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Any time there’s a question, concern, or request, he handles it promptly and with care. It’s rare to find a property manager who is both efficient and compassionate, and Nico consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard and supported. Living here feels safe, organized, and welcoming, and that’s a direct reflection of the management. I love living at Peninsula! I have lived in a few different neighborhoods in Boston and even the apartment complex across the street from here and my experience at Peninsula has been far and away the best. I love that it's pet friendly and accommodates my dog and cat. I love that it's hardwood floors (carpet and pets are a sickening combo!). I even have in unit washer and dryer for a reasonable price in the Boston market. If there's anything that goes amiss - I broke our sliding closet door and took it off it's track and we were having a bit of laundry issues, someone came within hours, fixed us right up and gave us a new dryer. Everyone here is also SO nice - from the leasing office, to the maintenance and cleaning staff. This is a granular comment - but the cleaning supplies here smell a
