Pendleton Townhome Apartments

Katelyn and Cassandra have gone above and beyond to support/assist me from Day 1. The care and concern that has been expressed by Katelyn is unmatched. As a Durham native, and a renter for almost 15 years.... I have lived in several communities throughout Durham and the surrounding area. I have NEVER been as pleased with the effective communication, fast response, and follow-up as I am with these lovely women. They are always professional, warm and inviting. When my A/C went out in the heat of the summer, they saw to it that a technician came out as many times as necessary until the issue was resolved. During my home selection process, I expressed concerns about the carpet being worn and stained beyond repair... when I came back to see the place again, there was brand new carpet!!! I see a

I'm constantly getting ghosted after putting in my application. Second time applying for these townhomes, great communication on the front end, but the moment my application gets approved it's like everybody decided to quit their job. Can't leave a voicemail because it's full. This has put my family on the brick of homelessness twice depending on this place. I wish they'd take their jobs more seriously. People are trying to get their families housed timely and efficiently .

I’m giving one star because I have to give a star So basically been here 3 years, got in through a program, paid money on top of the program paying but there’s no record of it on Pendletons end, I have my receipts but I was just told that it doesn’t matter and I have to keep paying rent even though they basically lost my money now I have to leave due to their incompetence and mishandling Thank you I know now never to rent from anyone else ever again if I knew landlords could just steal your money and loose your paperwork and not be held accountable even when you show them proof I would have just preferred to stayed homeless if I knew they were just going to steal my money I would have never signed a lease here they basically breached their contract and got away with it, everybody in the co

Katelyn was wonderful helping us complete our application. She walked us through everything. We were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. I appreciate her taking her time with us today.

Angelica, Katelyn, Jermaine one of the best staff that I have had the privilege of dealing with!!! I have to see them on a weekly basis. And everyone of them have went above and beyond to make sure the process has been smooth and seamless. Will continue to enjoy any future endeavors that we have!!!
