We have lived here for over a year now and are happy to call this place home. The property is well maintained, and despite being so close to downtown we have always felt very safe. Neighbors are all kind and respectful, desk staff are always quick to respond and helpful, and we especially appreciate that every maintenance request is taken care of in a timely manner (John is the best!). The additional pet friendly features are the cherry on top, there are poo bags stations all around the complex and a wooded area perfect for walks.

My disposal broke. Contacted penacook place late afternoon. The very next day my disposal was replaced. I work night so my day sleeping is important to me. John came in did his job and did not wake me for a second. Very happy with my results. Thank you staff of penacook place but especially John!
