Jim Grimm of Pelicans Nest Realty rented our properties to his friends at about 40% below market, but even with this he was not satisfied. He kept $8,000.00 of our money collected from the tenants. Keep well clear of this bully, you don't need this sort of trouble. He likes to keep other people’s money, if you know what I mean. He not only treats property owners badly, but he abuses any tenants that are not his friends. He ignores any reviews. Grimm means “cruel, fierce” and so Mr. Grimm is aptly named. We now have to litigate before he goes bankrupt.

Jim G. is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with in my life. He will never fix a thing in the home so don't even waste your time asking him to, he will threaten to kick you out if you have an issue that needs to be addressed. Mold, leaking toilets, broken ac's units or even the heater not work during winter, will go unfixed, no matter how many years you've rented from him or that you have small children in the home. You better be ready to spend hundreds or thousands to fix things on your own. If you ever get a leak that costs you $600 in 2 months on your water bill, dont expect him to reimburse even though he says he will. If you get rats, wait 3 months for him to send someone out after they have already chewed through your kids room door and left feces all over your home.

Jim G. Is very professional knows the market inside and out. I've had much success with him I have no idea why these people have posted negatively about him and his services it appears they didn't follow the rules and they are very much disgruntled tenants. Anyone out there seeking a professional realtor Jim G is the go-to guy for all your real estate needs !!

I was blocked by Libby the real estate agent I will never let her sell my home ever if that's how she does business word of mouth is everything
