I cannot stress how pleased I am with Pelican Management and especially Jen. It's refreshing to finally have a management company who is proactive and listens to the residents. Most importantly, Jen ensures meetings and the board are following the rules. I've lived here since 2021 and no management company has performed like Jen and her team. Immediate responses and action. Who knew a management company could be effective. It's amazing. Thank you Jen for all of your efforts.

I have worked with Raiza Rafols this morning on a number of issues related to my accounts with Pelican , the new management company that took over from MH for Beacon Condominiums. It has been a great experience. She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and courteous. A wonderful resource and a real pleasure to work with!

I have been checking my bank account daily to see if my increased HOA payment had been deducted. 14 days into the new month I decided to call Pelican for support. I worked with Nikki Malines who work very patiently with me. She stepped me through the Zego payment system to change the old amount to the new amount. From there we set up a new monthly payment to deduct from my bank account. Hats off to Nikki for her kindness, patience and professionalism! Thank you Nikki! Happy New Year!!
