Pelican Pointe Apartments

I had a great experience with the apartment office. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. They offered me a full tour of the property, answered all of my questions, and made me feel welcome the entire time. Everyone was very polite and patient, and they really took the time to explain everything clearly. I've been living in these apartments for almost two years, and to this day, the manager and the secretary have treated me with respect and helped me whenever I've needed it. So far, the building is well-maintained; workers are always out collecting trash in the mornings to keep the property clean, and whenever I've reported something, they've always come and fixed it right away🙏🙌🫶

I been here 3 years now and I have to admit I loved this place as my first apartment. Veronica the manager has helped me a whole lot. Maintenance is always on time with everything and quick about it to. Grass is always cut and clean which I think is very important. What I also like is that everyone is inside by 7 or 8 pm. So if you have to wake up at 5 to go to work this is the perfect place to live!

Wow! Finally I found this list since I been try remember and search name this apartment. Anyway, I used live that apartment back mid 1990s (1993-1997, I think ) when I was child with my family. That picture bring me back memories and I feel old (lol). Yeah, 4 times same apartment but move 4 different numbers, Sometimes, I don't remember what exactly which one numbers, though. But I have some best and some bad memories that apartment, long story. Well, its OK apartment but I had seen some bad things apartments but mind you, this was 1990s by times. I guess its changed that things since I move another place in 1998. I haven't visit or seen that apartment since 2003, I might I would love visit this again anytime.
