Alexander is such a great property manager, I made sure to tell my friends in VA to check out these apartments!

Tara, part of the management team, has been incredibly helpful with some appliance issues I’ve experienced. I truly appreciate her attentiveness, kindness, and quick response to my questions and concerns. What impressed me most was when I reached out late one evening about a problem, and by the next morning, someone had already been sent to fix it. That level of professionalism and prompt service really stood out. Thank you again, Tara — your help made a big difference!

Love the neighborhood. My time living here has been great and fun! My apartment was super cute and all of my family and friends loved the way I styled it, as I lived in an older unit. The maintenance men are top tier and really just great people! The rent was well worth it as there is a pier I used often to eat dinner on and enjoyed watching the very cool birds that come around every morning, and its walking distance from the beach and a cute gas station. The farmers market held every Saturday morning next door at the park is also a huge plus! Highly recommend the quiche. The new management has been helpful and accommodating as well! Chris and his team took over the complex facing very challenging circumstances, still remaining professional and super cool. I would recommend this complex to

MC DANNER she’s the best, though she’s got my cousin nice apartment help her through the process and set her up with the apartment in one day honestly she’s a hero though. Thank you for your good attitude and your kindness.

Edit: DO NOT LIVE HERE Me and my boyfriend have been living here for almost a year and it has been problem after problem when it comes to any maintenance, we have had requests for maintence set up since our first day of moving in being that there was alot going on with the apartment, baseboards missing, dishwasher is falling out of the floor, we have had a request for new trays for the dishwasher as well because the wheels are missing so you have to almost pick it up to get it back in after loading dishes, they put “new ones” in front of our door wich didn’t fit our dishwasher and nothing after, there is definitely no cleaning before someone moves in being that i’m still finding stuff to clean after almost a year, the amount of things on our list from moving in is crazy, even crazier there
