My living experience with Five Oaks - a Pegasus Residential community in Tucker, GA - was below average at best. The maintenance crew onsite is the only redeemable quality about this property as they are easy to contact and come to fulfill orders within 24 hours (sometimes same day). Because of this, I could count on them to maintain my apartment to suitable living conditions. The below average rating goes for everything else associated with this community. - Amenities: We decided to get a lease with Five Oaks specifically for their amenities, including the valet trash, gated community, pool access, pet grooming room/dog park, mailing room system and onsite gym. During our tenure at Five Oaks, all of these were either broken, not accessible, or in improper conditions for months at a time.

Why don't you care? It is silly to know that you don't care until it happens in your neighborhood. People are living in substandard conditions, to the equivalency of living next to a land fill. These attached photos shows the condition of certain units in a property here in Clayton County. Rent is being paid but my family is unable to live there due to the ongoing use of recreational drugs (marijuana) that has now caused her two-year daughter lungs to be infected. She is now on a nebulizer and an inhaler. No one has the right to harm the life of a child by allowing the use of illegal drugs in a shared living community. She is entitled to grow, learn, and thrive smoke and drug free. You have a teenager walking around with a handgun as though he is protecting the "drug house". Never before

Extremely Disappointed – Especially During a Medical Crisis I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience given the serious nature of what I’m going through. I am currently 9 months pregnant and have been living without central air conditioning for nearly a month. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through internal channels, management has yet to provide a meaningful or timely solution. The temperatures inside my unit have repeatedly hit over 90 degrees, making it not only uncomfortable but medically unsafe. The property management provided me with a single portable A/C unit, which is entirely inadequate to cool the space and requires me to get down to my living room floor in my final weeks of my high risk pregnancy. In addition to being ineffective, the

I have had issues at Southwinds Point starting the day I moved it. I had been given the run around about maintenance issues that I have had, and they have been slow to fix them. Fast forward to currently, my hair is out for the 6th time since living here this current stint has been since October. I have been to the main office on several occasions, last time was right after Thanksgiving I spoke directly to the office manager about needing pest control and holes in the walls filled due to a sudden notice of small roaches in my kitchen. Here we are after New Years to return back with no air still now mold growing in the windows due to not having air. When I use the stove the temperatures get 78 or higher inside. At this point I need to be compensated, refunded, reimbursed or credited for w

On June 27, 2025, I arrived at the leasing office at Five Oaks Apartments homes at 12:00 PM to pick up the keys to my new apartment. Despite the posted office hours indicating they were open, the doors were locked, and no one arrived until 12:15 PM. Once inside, the leasing agent struggled to locate my information and eventually informed me that the unit I had signed a lease for was still occupied and that he couldn’t find my lease in their system. I showed him my digital lease, and after making a phone call, he “found” my information—but under a completely different unit number that I had never agreed to. This sudden change caused numerous issues, as I had already scheduled services—including internet, electricity, mail forwarding, and renters insurance—for the original unit. I was told
