I cannot say enough good things about Peery's Property Management. We were in Fayetteville for awhile and out of the 3 property management companies we used, Peery's was by far the best. He's professional, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, Hollis or Anthony would respond right away to let us know they had contacted a vendor for the repair and kept us informed with what was going on. As long as you take care of the property and pay your rent on time, you will not be disappointed going with this company.

Moving to North Carolina from out of state, Hollis was excellent from showing us the home on FaceTime through the whole rental process until we actually arrived. He actually came out to the property on a Sunday when we arrived with the extra keys and we appreciate he and his teams quick follow up on any maintenance. 100 per cent recommend!

Peery's Property Management is a wonderful company ran by good, honest people. My family and I have rented property from them and have been treated fair and respectfully. They make sure you have a nice property to rent and it is my job as the tenant to take care of it. Avoid renting from Peery's Property Management. This company takes advantage of handicap people By renting to people and not fixing mechanical problems when they arise. Like the hvac unit was gone and I was getting astronomical electrical bills for months and nothing was done about it. So I left the lease early because Peery's Property management broke the lease by not taking care of this problem. Obviously this management company is as low as it can go because the have a million excuses why they can keep your security deposit. This company also kept my security deposit on the first house also. Between th two houses it totaled around 8,800 dollars. The first house became difficult for me to get out because it wasn't not ready for a person in a wheelchair. There were no ramps so I could not
