We had an amazing tour with Braden at the Statehouse Highline on 9th. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour really enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the experience feel relaxed and fun. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does.

I’ve visit my sister who lives here and whenever we come in or out, or even if we run into any of the staff in the hallway, they are always smiling and checking on you. I am happy she has happy and helpful folks around because where I live in Dublin, we really never see any of the staff unless we have an issue and they seem so grumpy. It’s crazy how a few smiley faces make the building feel warm rather than cold like mine. Also shoutout to the Maintence staff for helping me unload her furniture.

Lousy housing and management. At the beginning of 2024, everything was smooth and responsive. While there were issues such as a leaky ceiling and a sewage line breaking in the garage, which caused sewage to leak everywhere, management made effort to quickly address it. However, as the year progressed, our experience got worse. Safety issues, non-responsive emergency maintenance when our AC went out, causing the apartment to be 95 degrees, and more. The final issue is being charged an obscene fee when moving out due to damage that my roommate caused. When I asked for an itemized receipt or tried calling, I was met with silence. Due to this charge potentially impacting my credit, which I obviously did not want, I paid it under duress. For the amount of money you are paying, I would suggest

First, the property management of this apartment is extremely poor. Whether you call or email them, they will not respond at all—you have to go in person, and often you won’t even find any staff at the front desk. Second, their work efficiency is unbelievably bad. Whether it’s about getting your deposit back, maintenance, or administrative issues, it is impossible to get anything done in less than a month. Third, the management engages in fraudulent behavior, deliberate obstruction, and even racial discrimination. These are sensitive issues, so I won’t go into too much detail, but please note that this is not just my personal opinion. Fourth, although the apartment is relatively new, problems keep coming up.
