I used to live at 1710 5th Ave NW in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Unfortunately, I would not recommend renting from this company. There are two women working in the office named Chelsea and Ashley who, in my experience, were not honest or fair with tenants. The problems I experienced were not just with me — I also saw other tenants being treated in a similar way. There were many issues while living there, including: • Apartments being sprayed with chemicals very frequently. • Packages marked as delivered sometimes going missing. • The sidewalks and walkways not being salted during the winter, which made them unsafe. • Being charged for damages that were already there from previous tenants. • The heater not working properly. • If something small breaks and you call maintenance, they fix i

My significant other lived at 1720 5th Ave NE, and had the WORST experience. When she moved in, there were holes in the trim, dents in the walls, the countertops and appliances were disgusting, stains in the carpet, but she decided to stay. During her stay there she experienced an infestation of cockroaches and wasn’t notified on multiple occasions of their entry to her apartment. Be aware of the winters also, they don’t spread salt on the stairs or walkways, she took one hell of a spill down the stairs and it took them a few days before someone came out and took care of that. She came home from work one evening to look under the balcony and notice that it was completely rotten! They just said don’t use it it’s unsafe.
