Awful experience with this real estate company. We attempted to purchase a home with Becky as our realtor and it was total H-E- double toothpicks. She didn't seem to have much knowledge about anything related to real estate and kept expecting us to do her job for her. Her comprehension of the sales contract was almost laughable minus the fact it was a great deal of money plus our lives we were dealing with by signing it. She didn't show up for important meetings or inspections. Her communication skills are null. It was a blessing the sale fell through due to the selling agent's negligence because we ended up finding the most amazing and professional agent from an office located in Kingston. That sale went much smoother and we have been happily living in our new home for a few months now.

My husband and I did business with Cheryl Pecora and Becky Vacinda and Donna. We bought a beautiful HOME and they were GREAT ! We also had trouble with the settlement , not because of Pecora Real estate but because of the loan company ! But Becky Vacenda came to the rescue and remedied the situation. This agency ...I would recommend to anyone. Come to think about it...this was my second home I bought from Pecora's. When you find the best real estate people...you stay. Worst company to work with when selling your home. Especially Soko who talk you up then sell you short. Making promises he will not keep. Sellers beware find another company.
