This gave me concerns about management standards and professionalism.” “I had serious safety concerns related to staff conduct at this property. I reported what I personally observed to management and did not feel the concerns were adequately addressed.”

Called today to get information and Erica was very helpful and respectful got all my questions answered. Me and my husband were able to go see a unit even though she was the only in the office. She made sure to not make us feel rushed and gave us a full tour, best manager ive seen at any apartments🙏

I like my unit. We keep to ourselves and mind our business. However I wish they would enforce the rules people with pets. There’s a woman who comes to our side with her dog and she has a back to her unit. Enforce people to take all the stuff they have on their porches off. to clean up the place the little they can. Like it’s an eye sore before you pull in. All that CAN be fixed. Power wash the porches and balcony. Fix all the eye can see please.

Maintenance is terrible. Tenants throw trash everywhere. It's a rundown apartment complex. But for what you pay I guess it's OK and I am not on section 8. I wouldn't recommend anyone living here. Unless it's your last resort! If you live across the street from the office it's not so bad.

Excuse my language but these are trash. Management is absolutely TERRIBLE. Never give calls back ignore you 247 . The property isn't much better. Roaches , crazy neighbors. Etc.
