Pecan Tree Apartments

The new management that has taken over, is kicking butt and working their tails off getting the entire a new vibe and up lifting feel by just how much love they put into their work. They really care about the tenets and the need to make improvements on the property inside (LOTS of inside work with getting the apartments ready to rent) and many ideas to get the exterior updated, safer and more family oriented with a safer environment for everyone! They have HEART!

New management has made this place so much better! They are cleaning and renovating apartments, some that have been just sitting there for over a year. Apartments are being updated and everyone is so friendly and helpful!

With recent renovations, on site management, and amazing people looking after the community, this place is moving up! They have an extremely positive community involvement practice. Maintenance is great too!

We’ve been tenants here for nearly 3 years and we are very pleased with the new management that has taken over. I’m so excited to participate in the community garden!

I've lived here almost two years, and its wonderful. park right in walking distance, along with a handy way that sales amazing chicken. its clean and friendly.
