Pecan Lane Apartments

I already live in a 2 bedroom because of the stairs to bedroom is giving me problems with my health. There were a 1 bedroom promised to me in A-complex & my doctor give proff I need to have it but, I feel like I'm getting the running around. Now I have to wait for another one & I just got out of the hospital new year day & I need that apartment now.

There were several things wrong with the apartment within 3 days of me and my family moving there. The air vents do not work properly upstairs so it can be hot or cold depending on the weather(Go head and have a fan or heater ready). They’re are mice/rats that the landlord will try to blame you for and say they might’ve came with you while you were moving, say or do everything else except take care of the problem(I lost count of how many I caught around 6). There is not much space, so if you have a lot of stuff, this apartment complex is not for you. The landlord is very unprofessional, lazy, aggravating, and nosey. She’s never in her office during the hours she’s suppose to be there, loves to stick notes and envelopes inside your door constantly, does not know what she’s doing 90% of the

The apartment complex itself is truly nice....quiet...kid friendly...close to town and places to eat. The landlord there is a liar and annoying as all get out....the longer I've been here the more she has gotten on my last nerve. If youuu can deal with her attitude and constantly stick in notes in your door not keeping office hours constantly watching your company and who come over and how long they stay not to mention every single aspect of your "incomd" then it's perfect.

Love my apartment and it's such a nice neighborhood. Great place to live!
