Pecan Creek on McKinney Apartments

Been here for three years. It’s been good. We just got a new management about a month ago. Don’t know who they are. They have not introduced themselves and when you put a work Order in my last two have taken a month before they came to see what’s going on so I’m unhappy about that. I’m unhappy with the bathrooms the tubs they peel like a fish and when I asked for them to be redone, I was told that they was out of warranty so they continuously peel and stops up the drain.. I am on the bottom floor so I don’t know where all the leaves come from but the walkway by my door and patio is covered in leaves and I don’t feel like it is fair for me to help to clean them up. I have a stream nerve damage in my hands and arms. And it’s very hard for me to sweep, But I don’t like the leaves and the tras

There is a neighbor across from our apartment who's opened his door multiple times in front of our doorbell camera fully nude. Our child was attacked by an unleashed dog from another resident, when the lease agreement clearly states animals should be leashed on the property common areas. There is dog poop everywhere, and the entire property smells like an ashtray. The hallways are dirty, I purchased a leaf blower just to keep our area presentable. Plan B right outside our door, the dumpster is almost always overfilled, filthy and disgusting. Upstairs neighbor has been filing repeated noise complaints which has resulted in the property manager knocking on our door and treating us like we're children. Just got an email asking about how my maintenance request went since it was just completed. It has not been completed. There’s such a long list of problems with our apartment and even if they send someone to check it out because they want to see with their own eyes, no one ever comes to actually fix anything. Multiple problems and some against code compliance that they’ve been notified of on many occasions

We are very happy to be in our new community at Pecan Creek on McKinney apartments. This apartment complex is very nice! Day or night is always very quiet and peaceful. It is very nice to have many stores for shopping near. The staff in the office are always very friendly and helpful. A Very Big Thank You to all the staff in the office. Thank you Chloe for helping us through all the process.. :)

“Renovated” apartment that paints over everything , didn't fix/clean the back of doors/cabinets , left rusted loose screws and staples in everything. They charge $75 fees for holiday stickers being tacky, yet will let a 5 month old live without ac for 2 weeks mid summer. Price is decent , community is decent for location. They also lied directly to my face about any notice of roach infestations
