One star rating is not accurate. It really deserves no stars. The maintenance response here is terrible, very unprofessional and attitudes from maintenance as well as management. I have been in this apartment with NO HEAT since yesterday the current temp is 35. I'm using my oven and the space heater they so kindly provided which is not safe.
Pencan Cove is the worst please to try to live in. The office manager is hardable don’t follower up and get smart just right bout nasty
