We walked into Hayden and spoke with Sarah Hinkle, and the experience was very disappointing. We were made to feel like we couldn’t afford anything, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. No one should be treated differently based on assumptions. Buying a home is a big step, and customers should feel respected and welcomed, no matter their budget. Sadly, that was not our experience here.
