The office staff is helpful, but the systems make little to no sense. Like, why am I receiving an email when ANY building has their water shutoff other than my own? Why do I receive an email about some car when you have everybody's license plate info? Also, if you do send them emails for clarification or questions about 1/3rd of your emails will go unanswered without you following up to ask again. Maintenance does good work, are quick and efficient. Best part of the complex by far. The pest control people as well. All super friendly. The deposit. Of course they will find any reason to keep as much as possible, like double charging an admin fee. But when we have a walk through scheduled, and have to call 10 minutes late to remind them we have a final walk through, and the person that show

No apology. Just major flooding. And horrible people skills and bills for their damage . I’ll never live under price brothers management again. Just recovered from this but it took me a year.

I have had nothing but positive experiences living here for the last three years. The staff has been friendly. The rent is affordable. Never had a problem with the appliances. Any time I've had to contact maintenance the response has been speedy and helpful. Pretty great place to live to be honest. EDIT 2025: Just moved out after 11 years. I confess have really bitter-sweet feelings about this place. An anecdote: In 2019 the water heater went out and the plumber that came by must have just been learning the ropes. Fellow flooded my apartment. Sprayed water and mineral residue across my kitchen and living room walls. Ruined a bunch of pictures. Had an industrial fan sitting in my living room for a week. Stroll the grounds at Pebblecreek beneath the shade of mature trees. Admires the rose bushes and other flowering shrubs. Listen to the laughter and splash of beach-ball catch at our swimming pool. The THUMP of balls on racquets tells you you’ve arrived at our tennis courts. After you’ve checked your mail and moved your laundry from the washer to a dryer, pop by the clubhouse to see what’s going on—a dinner, a card game, or just friendly conversation around the fireplace.

Pretty good apartments, nice looking, and clean. Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to respond and repair any issues I've had. I love the balcony on the second floor and the washer and dryer units in the closet. Parking is good. One issue about these apartment is that they allow smoking inside. I live above a smoker and it's like living with a smoker. My clothes smell dingy and who knows what's happening to my lungs as I breathe in the toxic air every day. The apartment made some effort to band-aid the situation but they don't seem interested in ALL residence's happiness. When I told them I was raising the stakes and going to get the State involved, the manager quit. Who knows if that's why she quit. Anyway, all I want to do is breathe clean air and not have all my belongings smell
