Pebble Springs Apartments

Apartments were ok sized, but maintenance is poor, the 'remodeled' apartments we're ok at best (they just covered over existing floor and it wasn't even glued down in some spots), the entryways smelled musty in the summer along with being hot, the door open call device didn't work, building is old and has had water leaks leaving the entire building feeling dingy due to poor repair. Snow was never removed in a timely fashion, sidewalks were slippery, and parking lot was almost unusable half the time. Also I had never had a problem with any sickness, but when I moved in there I suddenly started getting sick very frequently. I talked to the management company and they claimed nothing was wrong, so I moved out since they wanted to do nothing about the black mold that was growing in the walls o

It's very big appartments and very,very homey and comfy. Good sized porches and good people living in the building
